The nut is an oily fruit growing under the ground

Nut is an oily fruit that grows under the ground.  It is cultivated in pastures throughout Asia.  The nuts are eaten raw and wet.  We only eat this fruit as an appetizer, but we eat its rice, chutney, varta, soup, oil, monda, sweet, laddoo, powder and various ways.

 Nuts are widely used in all pharmaceutical industries at present.

Nuts contain a lot of natural oil, good cholesterol, reactionary protein, interleukin, protein, vitamins, minerals, carbohydrate and adequate fiber.

The role of nut to keep the heart healthy:- 

 You know, by leaving the hard stems of the nut, we just eat the inner beech. There is a red coat of red on the veil. "The nuts are very much like the" heart "of the human body. So there is no pair of nuts to keep "heart" healthy.
 Nuts contain only good cholesterol (HDL), which reduces harmful cholesterol (LDL and TG), maintains the normal blood supply to the heart.
