 Fish is considered as halal, favorite and delicious food for people of all religions in the world.  Although many religions have a ban on eating animals, nothing like this is known about fish.  "Bengali in fish and rice" is a popular proverb for Bengali speaking people in India and Bangladesh and all over the world.  In fact, fish belong to all the people of the world.

 The Fish one of the incomparable gifts of God Himself.

 In all the continents of the world, fish dishes are cooked in various dishes, such as: fish soup, fried, roasted, tika, bharta, chutney, misali and biran, including many different types of cooking.  Above all, the taste and style of fish cooking in the Indian subcontinent is known as the best in the world.

 Goa Fish Curry, Bangalore Fish Fry and Kashmiri Fish Soup are equally popular with everyone like our top hilsa and steamed hilsa.

 Fish contains some essential nutrients that are not commonly found in any other non-vegetarian food.

 According to experts, there are different types of fish to eat, but almost all types of fish often have the same benefits.

 And it is small, big, powder, rui, katal, mrigel, hilsa, magur, shing, tengra, putti, darke, mala, dhela whatever.

 Fish have all the elements of life.  Which boosts the body's immune system and prevents problems like diabetes and arthritis from settling in the body.

 @ Fish keeps memory power for life-

 Experts believe that all types of fish, large and small, have infinite potential to increase brain nutrition and memory.

 Multiple studies have shown that fish contains powerful "omega fatty acids" which are very useful for protecting humans.  However, the more fat the fish, the more this beneficial "acid" is found in the fish.

 According to nutritionists, "omega fatty acids" play an active role in maintaining the cell wall structure of the human body and the functioning of the brain.

 Their research further revealed that those who eat different types of fish three to five days a week, their brain neurons are more well-organized and much more efficient.  According to fisheries and nutritionists, hilsa, boal, chital, gurji, ayr, vhetki, rui, puti, mala and dhela fish are rich in protein, iodine, phosphorus, vitamin-D and rich in omega three fatty acids and various beneficial minerals.  Which is very important to calm the human brain.

 @ Fish is a source of natural protein -

 According to food and nutritionists, any fish is rich in minerals and vitamins.  Which can be easily digested by children, young and old and those who always suffer from stomach problems, there is no obstacle to eat fish.

 Fish contains strong protein, in sufficient quantities, iodine, selenium, magnesium, phosphorus and vitamin-D.

 Many of us think that only small fish, catfish, tengra, pabda and mala dhela fish have more vitamins, proteins and minerals.  In fact, there is no basis for this.

 All edible fish, big and small, have more protein, vitamins and minerals than goat and chicken meat.

 People who are always afraid of cholesterol eat fish and rice regularly, their harmful cholesterol is easily lost.

 Fish enhances the body's resistance to disease-

 According to food and nutritionists, eating fish every day cannot cure diseases called diabetes and arthritis in the human body.  The risk of heart failure and stroke is greatly reduced.  Regularly eating fish does not make the body look old easily, reduces the risk of cancer and keeps the human body immune.  Eat fish regularly to stay healthy.

 If you put a piece of fish in the leaf every day, there is no pair to keep away the eye problem due to old age.

 Experts say that fishing by rules can protect you from "dementia" or forgetfulness problems and "Alzheimer's" or amnesia.

 As a rule, eat fish at least five days a week, keep your head cool for the rest of your life and keep old memories.



 @ Protects fish from cancer-

 There is no pair of fish to protect men from prostate cancer and women from breast cancer.  No matter what, any fish, big or small.  Eat fish regularly, protect the body from cancer problems.
